Under the leadership of Provincial Director Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr., CESO V, DILG Nueva Ecija successfully conducted the Provincial Orientation on the Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards (LTIA) and Foreign Travel Authority (FTA) on February 9, 2026, via Zoom Meetings application.
The orientation formally commenced with an overview delivered by Monitoring and Evaluation Section Chief LGOO V Kristian Rob D. Santiago, followed by a discussion on the LTIA criteria and guidelines led by Finance and Administrative Section Chief LGOO V Angelyn B. De Guzman, together with LGOO II Nelcy V. Mendoza. A walkthrough of the LTIA Information System (LTIA-IS) Version 2 was then presented by LGOO II Youse Nikanor P. Cruz during the morning session.
For the afternoon session, LGOO II Nelcy V. Mendoza discussed the step-by-step procedures for using the Foreign Travel Authority (FTA) Online System, including the required documents for uploading and submission.
The virtual floor was opened after the topics were discussed, providing participants the opportunity to raise questions and clarify concerns related to both LTIA and FTA processes.
In her closing message, LGOO V Angelyn B. De Guzman expressed her appreciation for the active participation and engagement of the attendees throughout the orientation.
Said orientation was attended by barangay elected and appointed officials and lupon members for LTIA, as well as LGU officials and employees for FTA.
