DILG Nueva Ecija, through the leadership of Provincial Director Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr., CESO V, conducted a two-day Training–Workshop on the Formulation of the Capacity Development (CapDev) Agenda of the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija on December 2–3, 2025, at Sparkles Event Center, Brgy. Talipapa, Cabanatuan City.
The welcome message was delivered by LGOO VI Donnabel E. Estipular, Program Manager of DILG Nueva Ecija, who highlighted the importance of a well-crafted Capacity Development Agenda as a foundation for continuous improvement, stronger institutions, and more effective public service delivery.
The activity aimed to equip the provincial government with systematic, evidence-based, and participatory approaches in analyzing organizational performance, identifying capacity gaps, and developing a strategic Capacity Development Agenda.
The discussion and workshops covered the full CapDev formulation process, including:
