After the successful launch of the Ugnayan ng mga Barangay at Simbahan (UBAS) in the province, DILG Nueva Ecija has been actively involving the participation of the church in different activities that promote transparency and participation in governance. The conduct of the Synchronized Barangay Assembly Day (SBAD) set by DILG MC 2015-24 on March 28, 2015, is indeed another venue for the inter-faith groups to exercise the goal of UBAS.

Rizal, Nueva Ecija – With the thrust in promoting child-centered Local Government Units towards a Child-Friendly Philippines: A Caring and Protective Society For, By, and With the Children; the Municipality of Rizal Nueva Ecija was conferred with the 2014 Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance by the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC).

In line with the Ugnayan ng Barangay at Simbahan (UBAS) Launching in the province of Nueva Ecija on December 1, 2014, a Coordination meeting with the Technical Working Group was held on February 4, 2015 at DILG NE Provincial Office Conference Room.
During the meeting, DILG R-3 OIC ARD and Provincial Director of Nueva Ecija Abraham A. Pascua gave the rationale of the activity followed by the presentation of the UBAS Movement AVP and BuB Projects for 2014 and 2015.

Pascua, hosted on March 17, 2014 at the Provincial Auditorium in Cabanatuan City a Coordinative Meeting in preparation for the Inauguration of the Humanitarian Emergency Assistance Warehouse to be held on March 25, 2014 in Air Force City, Clark Field, Pampanga.
