LGSF Utilization Status
December 23, 2025 - Anchored on the theme "Engaging Communities toward Lasting and Inclusive Peace", the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Nueva Ecija successfully conducted the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (ECLIP) Orientation at Luzviminda’s Event Center, Brgy. Kapitan Pepe, Cabanatuan City.
The activity was led by DILG Nueva Ecija Provincial Director Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr., CESO V, and facilitated by LGOO V Kristian Rob D. Santiago, Monitoring and Evaluation Section Chief, together with LGOO II Nelcy V. Mendoza and the Provincial ECLIP Team.
The activity aims to reorient members of the Provincial ECLIP Committee on their respective roles and responsibilities, as well as to discuss recent updates and guidelines on the implementation of the ECLIP program.
After the discussion, an action planning was facilitated to identify issues and challenges encountered in the processing and delivery of ECLIP assistance to former rebels and their families. This session highlights the strengthening of inter-agency coordination and ensure the effective and timely delivery of assistance to program beneficiaries.
The activity was attended by members of the Provincial ECLIP Committee, including representatives from the 70th, 84th, 91st, 703rd Infantry Brigade, 7th Infantry Division of the Philippine Army; the Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office (NEPPO); the Social Welfare and Development Office of the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija; and Civil Society Organization, Ako ang Saklay, Inc.
