LGSF Utilization Status
In line with its continuing efforts to strengthen teamwork, foster camaraderie, and promote a gender-mainstreamed approach in the workplace, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Nueva Ecija, under the leadership of Provincial Director Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr., CESO V, successfully conducted its Year-End Performance Evaluation on 18th of December 2025 at Villa Rey Private Resort, General Luna, Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija.
The annual activity served as a venue to review the office’s accomplishments for the year and to recognize the collective efforts of DILG Nueva Ecija personnel, underscoring the Department’s commitment to continuous improvement and employee appreciation.
In his message, Provincial Director Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr., CESO V emphasized the importance of self-reflection, encouraging personnel to learn from both successes and challenges. He likewise reminded everyone of the value of taking time to rest and recharge, while recognizing the vital role of health and family in sustaining personal and professional growth.
One of the highlights of the activity was the awarding of Certificates to the Provincial Awardees on Compliance and Excellence for CY 2025, as well as the recognition of the individual accomplishments of the City and Municipal Local Government Operations Officers. Provincial Director Tactac, together with Cluster I Team Leader LGOO VII Danilo C. Rillera, Cluster II Team Leader LGOO VII Louie C. Manarpiis, Ph.D., and Program Manager LGOO VI Donnabel E. Estipular, formally recognized the outstanding contributions and dedication of DILG Nueva Ecija personnel in advancing the Department’s mandates.
