LGSF Utilization Status
The DILG Nueva Ecija, through the leadership of Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr., CESO V, held its Provincial Team Conference (PTC) for the month of March at the DILG Nueva Ecija Provincial Office, March 19, 2025.
During the activity, the Provincial and Field Office personnel convened to discuss the status of report submissions and upcoming assessments under the Monitoring and Evaluation Section (MES), Capability Development Section (CDS), and Finance and Administrative Section (FAS) as well as recent Department issuances.
LGOO V Leovielyn H. Aduna and Engr. Patrick Jerome L. Cipriano discussed updates on assessments and status of submission of reports under CDS, including the deliverables under the Locally-Funded Projects (LFPs). On the other hand, updates on assessments and status of compliance to reportorial requirements under MES were discussed by LGOO V Kristian Rob D. Santiago. Subsequently, LGOO V Angelyn B. De Guzman discussed updates and reminders under FAS.
Afterwards, the outstanding efforts of personnel in the Provincial and Field Offices were recognized through the Provincial Awardee on Compliance and Excellence (PACE) program. Said personnel were conferred with a certificate of appreciation for their exemplary performance in facilitating LGU compliance for the month of February 2025.
The Provincial Team Conference was graced by DILG Region III Regional Director Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda, CESO III, Assistant Regional Director Jay E. Timbreza, CESO IV, Regional Legal Officer Atty. Charmaine Jacqueline Paulino-Evangelista, Chief, Finance and Administrative Division Maria Resa B. Pangilinan, AO V/HRMO III Mary Lady Queen Tayag. In his message, RD Nuyda commended DILG Nueva Ecija for continuously upholding the mandates, projects, programs, and activities of the Department and reaffirmed the Regional Office’s full support. In closing, PD Tactac recognized the efforts of the Provincial and Field Office personnel and encouraged further collaboration to raise the bar even higher in terms of performance.
