LGSF Utilization Status
The DILG Nueva Ecija, under the leadership of Provincial Director Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr., CESO V, successfully conducted its Provincial Team Conference (PTC) for February 2026 at the DILG Provincial Office in Cabanatuan City. The activity was conducted in a hybrid setup to ensure maximum attendance of all personnel.
During the conference, ADA IV Kristine B. Ruiz discussed updates on the Document Management System (DMS). ADA IV Ruiz revisited the step-by-step process of the system and emphasized the importance of properly completing and acknowledging all received communications.
The conference also featured sectional reports and operational updates. LGOO II Millicent Kaye I. Velasquez presented the status of Capability Development Section (CDS) reports, while Engr. III Patrick Jerome Cipriano provided updates on Locally-Funded Projects (LFP). LGOO V Kristian Rob D. Santiago shared updates from the Monitoring and Evaluation Section (MES), including the schedule and timeline of the upcoming annual performance assessment of LGUs. LGOO V Angelyn B. De Guzman concluded the presentations with reminders from the Finance and Administrative Section.
Another highlight of the activity was the awarding of the Provincial Awardee on Compliance and Excellence (PACE), recognizing the exemplary performance of Field Office and Provincial Office personnel for the month of January.
