The DILG Nueva Ecija successfully conducted the Provincial Rollout on the Implementation of the FY 2025 Local Project Monitoring Committee (LPMC) Functionality Assessment on February 27, 2026, via Zoom teleconferencing.

The activity formally commenced with an opening message from Provincial Director Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr., CESO V, who emphasized the vital role of the LPMC in ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the implementation of local government projects.

An overview of the activity was delivered by LFP Alternate Focal Person LGOO II Annalyn D. Tamondong, followed by a discussion on the LPMC background, LPMC Form 1, and the Scoring Criteria led by LFP Provincial Engineer Engr. III Patrick Jerome L. Cipriano, together with Engr. II Rommil A. Onarse.

In his concluding remarks, Cluster 1 Team Leader LGOO VII Danilo C. Rillera expressed his sincere appreciation for the participants’ active engagement and cooperation, effectively wrapping up the virtual orientation.

The activity aimed to familiarize members of the Local Project Monitoring Committees (LPMCs) of Local Government Units (LGUs) with their roles and responsibilities within the Committee. The rollout was attended by LPMC members from LGUs across the province, reinforcing a collaborative and participatory approach to local project monitoring.
