CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA – The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 3 convened its 3rd Quarter Regional Management Conference (RMC) on September 15, 2025 to sharpen strategies for the remaining months of 2025, reinforcing the Department’s commitment to accountable, efficient, and people-centered governance.

Led by Regional Director Araceli A. San Jose, CESO III, the conference gathered the Regional Management Team, Provincial Directors, Cluster Team Leaders, Program Managers, Planning Officers, and Division/Section Chiefs of DILG Central Luzon. Together, they reviewed program implementation, identified challenges, and mapped out concrete action plans to ensure the Department’s year-end targets are met with excellence.

This quarter’s RMC carried added significance as it coincided with the birthday celebration of RD San Jose, making the gathering not only a venue for strategic alignment but also an opportunity to honor her leadership and dedication. Colleagues expressed their appreciation for her visionary guidance and unwavering commitment to advancing the mission of DILG in Central Luzon.
