CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA – The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region III successfully convened its Second Quarter Regional Management Conference (RMC) on May 21, 2025, at the Greene Manor Condotel, Lazatin Boulevard, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The conference was organized as part of the Department's continuing efforts to align regional strategies, assess organizational performance, and reinforce its support for local government units (LGUs) across Central Luzon.

This quarterly gathering brought together provincial and city directors, cluster team leaders, program managers, division chiefs, and other key regional personnel. The conference served as a strategic venue to discuss updates on flagship programs, operational plans, and pressing issues confronting local governance. It also facilitated the cascading of national directives and policy thrusts, particularly those concerning capacity development and peace and order.

In his opening message, DILG Region III Regional Director Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda underscored the critical role of leadership in achieving meaningful outcomes. "It is our responsibility to set the tone for the entire organization. When we set the tone right, the rest of the organization follows," he stated, urging DILG officers to lead by example and remain steadfast in their commitment to public service.
Throughout the conference, participants engaged in dynamic discussions, shared insights and best practices, and collaborated on ways to enhance the delivery of DILG's programs and services. The event also provided an opportunity to reaffirm the Department's shared vision of fostering transparent, accountable, and participatory local governance.

As DILG Region III charts its path forward for the remainder of 2025, the Regional Management Conference stands as a strong testament to the Department's enduring commitment to responsive governance, empowered communities, and a more resilient and progressive Central Luzon.
