The Pampanga Multi-Sectoral Advisory Committee (MSAC) convened its 2nd quarter meeting at the Old Sangguniang Panlalawigan Hall, Capitol Compound, City of San Fernando last June 27.

 During the discussion, the committee's accomplishments and updates were presented. The Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPPO), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) also presented their respective accomplishments and updates.

A significant highlight of the activity was the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the reorganization of the MSAC. This is line with the call to expand the committee and have additional partners in empowering the local government units (LGUs)

• Philippines Councilor League (PCL) Pampanga Chapter
• Lady Local Legislators League (FOUR-L) Pampanga Chapter
• Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Pampanga
• Pampanga Association of Business Licensing Officers (PABLO)
• Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Pampanga
• Pampanga Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation

More to this, the DILG Regional Memorandum Circular No. 2024-08, which calls for the establishment of the Local Committee on Good Local Governance (CGLG) at the Provincial Level, was discussed during the meeting. The convergence of various agencies and stakeholders during this meeting underscores the collaborative effort in enhancing the governance and community support mechanisms within the Province.
