The Provincial Government of Aurora was recognized as one of the Finalists during Kwentong Tagumpay and 2023 National SubayBAYANI Awarding on November 15-16, 2023 at Sequioa Hotel Manila Bay, Manila Bay.

 The SubayBAYANI Awards is the DILG's recognition program aimed at promoting transparency and accountability in local project operations, and showcasing excellent practices in the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of local project management and implementation. Specifically, the Awards recognized LGUs that have shown exceptional acts of service and dedication through excellent and consistent performance of their duties and responsibilities as users of the SubayBAYAN Portal.

Representing Governor Christian M. Noveras in the awarding ceremony was Provincial Engineer Ariel P. Costa together with the DILG Aurora's representatives PEO Denn Jennings Angel M. Oviatt.
