With the aim to establish a mutual understanding among key players on the enhanced RCSP Guidelines at the Provincial and Municipal level, the DILG Aurora, through the Tambuli's Performance Enhancement and Compliance Evaluation (PEACE), leads the 2023 Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) Provincial Levelling Session on April 20, 2023 at DILG Aurora Provincial Office.

In his opening remarks, OIC-PD Ener P. Cambronero highlighted the imporatance of the levelling session to ensure the commonality of knowledge among the RCSP members. "Maganda po na naguusap-usap tayo ngayon para iisa ang mensahe natin na maipararating sa ating mga beneficiaries sa pag-iimplement natin ng RCSP, upang hindi malito ang ating mga target barangays, at ma-establish na din ang line of protocols and coordination sa bawat isa.", he stated.

Aside from the discussion of the relevant issuances of the RCSP, LGOO V Madam Cassey N. Buenaventura, RCSP Provincial Focal person presented the implementation process as well as structure and monitoring tool of the RCSP. "Ang goal po natin ay maidentify ang issues at mga concern sa baba, masolusyunan ang mga problema nila sa tulong ng gobyerno at matulungan sila na guminhawa", LGOO V Buenaventura emphasized.

With the support of the Provincial Government of Aurora, represented by BGEN Raul C. Siriban (RET), the assurance to which all the assistance from the Province in the RCSP Implementation as it is vital towards peaceful and secured community is secured by the team.

At the end, concerns raised were laid down as well as strategies to ensure efficient implementation of the RCSP.

Present in the levelling session are representatives from DTI, TESDA, AFP, PNP and DILG Aurora Provincial Team with LGOO VI Amado V. Angara, RCSP Core Team Leader, Municipal Task Force ELCAC- Maria.
