The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region III conducted the C.Y. 2022 Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Awards last January 16, 2022 at the Kingsborough International Convention Center, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
During the said activity the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija were awarded as Highly-Functional ADACs including two (2) Cities 15 Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (ADACs) in the Province, namely: San Jose City, Science City of Muñoz, Bongabon, Cabiao, Cuyapo, Gabaldon, Guimba, Llanera, Licab, Peñaranda, Rizal, San Antonio, San Leonardo, Santa Rosa, Talavera, Talugtug, Zaragoza.
DILG Nueva Ecija, headed by Provincial Director Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr., CESO V, the 17 C/MLGOOs of Nueva Ecija and LGOO V Vivorey S. Lapitan also attended the activity.
The ADAC Performance Awards aims to recognize outstanding Provincial, City and Municipal ADACs performance who have garnered passing scores in both functionality and awarding assessments, in relation to the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of anti-illegal drug activities in their AORs thru the ADAC Performance Audit conducted by the DILG in partnership with other NGAs and CSOs.
