In view of the mandatory Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) using the Seal of Child-friendly Local Governance Knowledge Management System (SCFLG-KMS), the Provincial Inter-Agency Monitoring Task Force (PIMTF) on CFLGA conducted the Provincial Strategic Communication (StratCom) Planning on January 25, 2023 at the Office of the Governor, Conference Room, Capitol Compound, Baler, Aurora.

 The activity was participated by the Provincial IMTF members composing Local Chief Executive, representatives from the office of PSWDO, PPDC, PHO, DepEd, CSO partner and the DILG CFLGA Team.

The objective of the activity was to come up with strategies and ways forward that will help out the PIMTF in the administration of the said audit. Likewise, the activity also served as a venue to verify the compliance of local government units (LGUs) in ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of child-friendly policies, programs, and services within the Province.

LGOO VI Mary Joyce T. Bautista, Program Manager, discussed the Supplemental guidelines of the CY 2022 CFLGA and emphasized the assessment criteria and its corresponding minimum score requirement per indicator.

Meanwhile, LGOO V Maricar Janice C. Perez, CFLGA Provincial Focal Person, presented the Adjusted timeline for the CY 2022 CFLGA for the members to be updated on the various issuances and reminders. LGOO V Perez also conducted a simulation on reviewing the encoded data on Data Capture Form (DCF) vis-a-vis the Means of Verification (MOVs).

Lastly, LGOO V Perez facilitated the action planning and ways forward of the PIMTF members.
