CITY OF BALANGA, Bataan – The symbolic transfer of key of responsibilities from Outgoing Provincial Director Myra Moral-Soriano to Incoming PD Belina Herman yesterday, June 14, 2022, marked the beginning of a new chapter for DILG Bataan.

 In her message, PD Soriano expressed how fulfilled she is to be handing over the team, along with the duties and responsibilities of a provincial head, to PD Herman.

"PD Yen, ipinagmamalaki ko sila (DILG Bataan personnel); and I'm happy to say that I will be leaving them at their most competitive level," the outgoing director stated. "Hindi mo na sila kailangang i-motivate; because they are highly-motivated already as you can see," PD Soriano added in jest.

PD Herman, meanwhile, gave her first message to the DILG Bataan Team and encouraged them to always aim to do better. The incoming director also reminded everyone that being a provincial director is a continuous learning process, thus it is important to nurture two-way communication in the workplace.

On hand to witness the turnover ceremony were the DILG personnel from the provincial and field offices of Bataan and Tarlac. A fun question-and-answer segment was also facilitated to get to know more about PD Herman.
