In preparation for the nationwide implementation of the Performance Online Monitoring System, DILG Pampanga held a provincial roll-out on the implementation of POMS today, March 15, 2022, via Zoom.

 Resource persons from the Regional Information and Communications Technology Unit (RICTU) led by ITO Melerie Pineda discussed the features and functionalities of the system, which is one of the Department's innovations to further improve its performance and monitor the accomplishment of its annual targets.

In the second half of the activity, participants were taught how to navigate the system during a hands-on activity. Included in the walk-through was the updating of user information, encoding of individual development plan, targets for the first semester performance commitments, and monthly accomplishments.

Encoding and submission of performance commitments for the first semester in the POMS will start on March 17, 2021.
