DILG Nueva Ecija Provincial Office conducted a calibration on 1st Semester (January to June) C.Y. 2022 SPMS Performance Target thru ZOOM Online Teleconference as part of the Stage 1: Performance Planning and Commitment of the SPMS Cycle on March 17, 2022.

 In view of the nationwide implementation of the Performance Online Monitoring System (POMS), All DILG Officers, personnel, and COS are directed to submit their SPMS Performance Targets thru POMS using their respective DILG Intranet accounts. Led by LGOO II Kristian Rob D. Santiago, all Field and Provincial Office Personnel simultaneously encode and select performance commitments in the system.

As issues and concerns are emerged and raised while encoding, the Provincial POMS team decided to prepare and provide presentation that will serve as a guide of personnel in accomplishing their respective IPCRs in the system.
