The 2021 National Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Award was conferred to Provincial Government of Pampanga in recognition of their exemplary efforts in the performance of their duties in complementing the National Government's anti-illegal drug campaign at Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center on March 4, 2022.

 Governor Dennis Pineda received the plaque of recognition which corroborated the efforts of the province in curbing the proliferation of illegal drugs. With him were Provincial Administrator Atty. Charlie Chua, Board Member Rosve Henson, PNP PD Robin King Sarmiento, AFP LTC Eugene Garce and PDEA IA5 Vidal Bacolod.

"Patuloy nating palalakasin ang kampanya laban sa illegal drugs. Sama-sama at tulong-tulong nating pagtagumpayan ang laban na ito para masiguro natin ang mapayapa at ligtas na bayan natin," said Gov. Pineda.

The National ADAC Award is an annual award program aims to recognize top performing LGUs that showed an exemplary performance to meet the ADAC criteria namely: Creation/Reorganization of Local ADAC; Conduct of Quarterly Meetings; Allocation of funds; Implementation of Plans and Programs; Support to ADACs in component LGUs; and Innovations.
