Pursuant to R.A 9003 also known as the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2001, DILG Pampanga led the 4th quarter tree planting activity in the foothills of Mt. Arayat Protected Area in Brgy. Ayala, Magalang, Pampanga, December 10, 2021.

 Together with the Local Government of Magalang, a total of 400 Molave Trees were planted to rehabilitate forestland and promote environmental stability as part of the Manila Bay Clean-Up, Rehabilitation and Preservation Program or MBCURPP.

"By taking actions to reduce the flow of greenhouse gases that spur global warming, we can reduce the risks we will face in the future" said PD Myrvi Apostol-Fabia.
