Pursuant to the provisions of DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2021-027 entitled "Guidelines in the conduct of Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Audit and Awards for year 2019 and 2020" specifically Section 4.1.3.2 or Phase 2: Audit Phase or the Data Verification Phase, the ADAC Provincial Audit Team (APT) of Nueva Ecija convened to review and verify all submitted means of verification (MOVs) documents in the Anti-Drug Abuse Council – Functionality Monitoring System (ADAC-FMS) of City and Municipal ADACs. The activity was scheduled via Zoom Platform on June 8, 2021 for the LGUs of Districts I&II and June 10, 2021 for the LGUs of Districts III&IV.
The ADAC APT was chaired by Dir. Renato G. Bernardino, who was represented by LGOO VI Alfa Krista C. Reyes (DILG). Among the members present were PLTCol. Gerald Licyayo, representing PNP Provincial Director Jaime O. Santos, Ms. Jenlyn Abejuela of PDEA Nueva Ecija, and Ms. Loren Angelic Odulio representing Fr. Arnold Abelardo of AKO Ang Saklay, Inc.
LGOO VI Reyes welcomed the Audit Team and presented a run through of indicators, which will measure and gauge the functionality of local ADACs. These indicators are the Creation and Reorganization of Local ADAC, Allocation of Funds, Implementation of ADAC Plans and Programs, Support to ADACs in Component LGUs, Conduct of Quarterly Meetings and Innovation/s. Subsequently, the APT reviewed and verified the MOVs of CADACs/MADACs in the ADAC-FMS with the assistance of LGOO III Vivorey S. Lapitan and LGOO III Leovielyn H. Aduna. With the approval of the APT, all MOVs of respective LGUs with the corresponding points was encoded and submitted to ART. Afterwards, a quick recap of the scores generated from the ADAC-FMS was presented for the information of the APT.
