DILG Angeles City Director Martin Porres Moral acknowledged the efforts of Mining Punong Barangay Crisanto G. Cortez, members of Barangay Council and staff for fully complying with the checklist for Safety Seal Certification. "Kami po sa DILG Angeles City ay nagpapasalamat sa Barangay Mining, sa pamumuno ni PB Cortez dahil sa aming ginawang pagsusuri sa inyong Barangay ay nakita namin ang lahat ng indicators na napaloob sa checklist upang ipagkaloob sa inyo ang Safety Seal Certification at maging kauna-unahang barangay dito sa siyudad na makakatanggap nito" CD Moral said.

 Based on the onsite assessment held on May 19, 2021, Barangay Mining has fully met all the requirements of the items in the Safety Seal Checklist.

DILG Angeles City is looking forward to conferring the remaining 32 barangays, City Hall, Department Offices, PNP Offices/Stations, BFP Offices/Stations and other Government Facilities in the city with the said certification.

This is in pursuance with DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2021-053 re: Implementing Guidelines of the Safety Seal Certification Program for this Department and the Local Government Units as issuing Authorities.
