To strengthen the compliance and sustain the gains on the implementation of DILG Region III QMS ISO 2001:2015, DILG Nueva Ecija conducted a meeting and review on the revised and updated QMS Process Manuals, Context Registry (CR), Interested Parties (IP) Matrix, Process Risk Register (RR), and Opportunity Management Plan (OMP) on April 27, 2021 via Zoom Online Platform.
Program Manager, LGOO VI Alfa Krista C. Reyes, on her opening message, highlighted that the activity will form part of the office's regular meeting as a preparation also to internal and external audits.
LGOO V Kimberly B. Ruiz, Provincial Planning Officer, presented the current CR, IP Matrix, Process RR and OMP of DILG Nueva Ecija as of August 2020. She then presented the revised OPM and RR templates as communicated by the Regional Office, which was then used in the updating of Process Risk and Opportunity Assessment and Opportunity Management Plan.
As ways forward, Provincial Deputy Document Controller, LGOO V Edgardo W. Adriano Jr., shall control and disseminate the said documents to all process owners and other copy holders.
