DILG Regional Office 3, in collaboration with the DOH Regional Office 3, conducted the BHERT FRIENDS Project Online Webinar Series (OWS) Episodes 1 and 2 entitled: "Engaging BHERTs for a Safer Community" and "BHERTS in Action: Safeguarding the Community" on March 19, 2021 via Zoom.

 "Para sa mga punong barangays at BHERTs na walang sawang nagpapagod at tumutulong, at walang takot na lumalaban sa ating pandemya, kami po ay sumasaludo sa inyo sa inyong commitment sa public service. Dahil simula pa noong March last year kayo na ang nasa frontline natin," said DILG Regional Director Julie J. Daquioag during her message.

The activity was designed to train and orient the DILG Cluster Team Leaders, Program Managers, City and Municipal Local Government Operations Officers, BHERT Focal Persons, Local Health Officers (LHOs) and some members of the BHERTs in the region.

Subsequently, said DILG officers and LHOs will cascade the information and knowledge they have acquired to the BHERTs in their respective jurisdictions.
