Angeles City Task Force- ELCAC headed by City Mayor Carmelo G. Lazatin and DILG Angeles City headed by City Director Martin Porres B. Moral, led the consultation workshop on Capacitating Urban Communities for Peace and Development (CUCPD) at Barangay Balibago Conference, Balibago, Angeles City on December 14, 2020.

 In his message, CD Moral encouraged all participants to actively participate in the workshop emphasizing its relevance in determining specific interventions to be provided by the city government. "Ang programang ito ay may layon na makuha ang mga problema ng bawat sector upang dito sa siyudad ng angeles ay ating mabigyan ng pansin sa darating serbisyo caravan ng gobyerno." CD Moral said.

Punong Barangay Rodelio H. Mamac on the other hand shared his experience as one of the top intelligence officers of the PNP.

The activity was conducted to gather citywide issues and concerns of different sectors of the community. In order to address these generated issues and concerns, the City will be launching Serbisyo Caravan on December 22, 2020 at Barangay Sapangbato as the City's target barangay.

CUCPD aims to empower target sectors and achieve peace and development in the country. One significant way forward is the holding of ceremony for taking Oath of Allegiance of more or less 50 Gabriela members this December 2020.

The activity was attended by representatives od Angeles City Police Office, Philipine Army, PESO, CPDC, CSWDO, CEO, CA, City Veterenary, CHO, and Barangay Balibago Council.
