DILG Region 3 conducted a Quality Management System (QMS) meeting on the Risk/Opportunity Assessment on July 14, 2020 via Zoom Cloud platform.

The objective of the activity was to solicit inputs fro

m the participants on the QMS implementation issues that should be included in the Risk and Opportunity review and updating. It was also a preparatory meeting on the clarifications that can be raised during the scheduled Coaching on Risk Assessment for the DILG R-3 QMS team on July 16, 2020 to be conducted by the National QMS Secretariat representatives from DILG Central Office.

The meeting, presided over by QMR Jay Timbreza, was participated in by Deputy Quality Management Representatives, QMS Secretariat, Risk Review Committee members, regional and field process owners and designated Deputy Document Controllers.
