DILG R-3 has conducted a 4-day training-workshop on the preparation of Detailed Engineering Design (DED) and Program of Works (POW) on October 15-18, 2019 at Bendix Hotel, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

 The activity served as an avenue to discuss the minimum standards on design of alignment, profile, and other geometric components of roads to provide a safe and efficient ride for the motorists. Likewise, the activity aimed to further capacitate Provincial Local Government Unit (PLGU) functionaries on the preparation of Pavement Design Analysis, Hydrologic Analysis, and Hydraulic Design Calculation.

Conditional Matching Grant to Provinces (CMGP) Project Management Office representatives, CMGP Regional Focal Team, CMGP Provincial Engineers, and PLGU functionaries participated in the activity.
