Cabanatuan City – "It is vital for the Field Officers to fully understand how to operate the SubayBAYAN System as this is the sole basis of the DILG Central Office in generating status report on DILG's Locally-Funded Projects." said LGOO VII Dennis A. Daquiz, DILG Nueva Ecija Cluster I Team Leader, as he delivered his opening remarks in the SubayBAYAN System Follow-Through Training-Workshop for DILG Field Officers held at Topstar Hotel, this City, on November 14, 2019.

The activity was conducted to address the difficulty encountered by DILG Field Officers in uploading images and in accomplishing the "Map the Project" feature of the SubayBAYAN System. It also served as a venue to roll-out United Nations Development Program-initiated and Information Systems and Technology Management Service enhancements of the System.

LGOO IV Russel Adalla and ITO II John Oliver Torres from the Office of Project Development Services (OPDS), with the assistance of Engr III Mark Kennedy S. Tungol and ISA III Jaimar Basangan from DILG Regional Office III, spearheaded the training-workshop. LGOO IV Adalla gave the activity overview and context setting while ITO II Torres led the hands-on training.
