Angeles City – An enhanced monitoring and reporting tool for Locally Funded Projects was introduced to field officers and LGU focal persons during the provincial roll-out of SubayBAYAN on October 24, 2018, at Maharajah Hotel.

Short for "Subaybayan ang Proyektong Bayan", SubayBAYAN complements DILG's initiative to promote participatory and transparent governance by providing the public with real time information on DILG-administered projects including an interactive map that shows the exact location of a project.

With the new system, LGUs have been given user access with the role of encoder of project details and other pertinent data. In addition, the system features a citizen feedback mechanism where stakeholders may post their comments on subprojects.

A. Fabia in her welcome message.

Participants took part in the hands-on workshop with a step-by-step walk through on how to upload and update project information in the website.
