PAMPANGA - A two-day training on the formulation of the local youth development plans initiated by the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Provincial Federation, in cooperation with the DILG and Liga ng mga Barangay, was conducted on Oct 12-13 and Oct 19-20.

Dubbed as Sketch Yes!, the activity provided the province's SK Chairpersons the technical know-how on the crafting of a youth development plan focusing on youth-oriented projects and programs through a series of lecture-discussion, workshops and output critiquing.

SK Fed President Gabriel Moshe T. Lacson, in his welcome message, reminded his fellow SK officials of their responsibility as the voice of the youth in their respective barangays. He told them to take the training seriously as this would greatly impact them in leading the youth towards progress and active community participation.
Following this activity, the participants are expected to craft their Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) for 2019-2021 and Annual Investment Barangay Youth Program (AIBYP) for 2019.
