With the Civil Service Commission R-3's recommendation, the DILG R03 is now one step closer to the CSC Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME HRM) Bronze Level Award.
PRIME HRM is a mechanism of the CSC to empower national government agencies, local government units and government-owned and controlled corporations in institutionalizing and integrating human resource management systems in the organization.
The CSC R03 conducted a table-top assessment and focus group discussion to DILG R03 on October 25, 2018 at the DILG Regional Office 3 to validate the four core human resource management areas, namely: Recruitment, Selection and Placement, Performance Management, Learning and Development, and Rewards and Recognition.
Currently, the DILG R03 is accredited in the Maturity Level II (Integrated HRM). DILG R03 awaits final validation from the CSC Central Office for the said Bronze Level Award.
