The Bottom-up Budgeting (BuB) Oversight Agencies (DBM-DILG-DSWD-NAPC-NEDA) thru the Central Luzon – Regional Poverty Reduction Action Team (CL-RPRAT) being chaired by the Department of the Interior and Local Government will convene to review and validate all the proposed projects of the 130 LGUs/Local Poverty Reduction Action Teams (LPRATs) under BuB Fiscal Year 2017 on January 13-14, 2016 at Royal Garden Golftel, Angeles City, Pampanga.

More than two hundred eighty (280) participants attended the "DILG R3 2015 Congress: Forum on Good Governance and Leadership" last December 3-4, 2015 at Holiday Inn, Clark Special Economic Zone.

The Regional Poverty Reduction Action Team (RPRAT) in Central Luzon convened for the 2015 year-end assessment of the Bottom-up Budgeting Program on December 16-18, 2015 at Subic Travelers Hotel & Events Center, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo City. RD Florida M. Dijan, DPA, CESO III, chair of the CL-RPRAT enjoined all member-NGAs, Provincial Planning and Development Officers, NAPC Provincial Focal Persons, DILG HUC/Provincial Focal Persons, Regional Coordinators and Community Mobilizers of the region to actively participate on the said assessment.

The Bottom-up Budgeting (BuB) Oversight Agencies (DBM-DILG-DSWD-NAPC-NEDA) thru the Regional Poverty Reduction Action Team (RPRAT) being chaired by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) hosted the Orientation-Briefings of the Local Poverty Reduction Action Teams (LPRATs) in Central Luzon on November 17-19, 2015 at Clarkfield, Pampanga. The Bottom-up Budgeting (BuB) program is a commitment of the national government to make the national budget more transparent, accountable and responsive to the needs of the communities.
