The Department of the Interior and Local Government-Olongapo City conducted Meeting on the Functionality Assessments for Barangay-Based Institutions (BBIs) at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall on January 29, 2021 to ensure early preparation for the upcoming barangay performance audits.

The Municipality of San Felipe Road Clearing Team headed by Mayor Leo John M. Farrales, with representatives from the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, Civil Society Organization and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) conducted series of road inspection throughout the municipality on January 21 and 22, 2021 to evaluate compliance to the national government's directive to clear roads from obstructions.

The Municipality of Castillejos' local road clearing operations (RCO) validation team composed of representatives from the Municipal Engineering Office (MEO), Mayor's Office, Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG)- Castillejos, checked the compliance of the municipal government, including the fourteen barangays. This was held on January 22, 2021 to validate the actions taken by all stakeholders relative to the President's directive to clear all roads from obstructions.

Pursuant to Republic Act No. 11519 otherwise known as "An Act Extending the Availability of Appropriations under the Bayanihan to Recover as One Act', DILG Angeles City facilitated a series of interview/assessment to Contact Tracers for possible renewal of contracts on January 21, 25 and 26, 2021.

The Sangguniang Bayan of Masinloc and the Municipal Road Clearing Task Force, in support to the directives of Mayor Arsenia J. Lim, conducted a dialogue with the presidents of Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (TODA) and barangay officials to further reiterate the importance of their cooperation to the road clearing efforts of the local government unit (LGU) on January 21, 2021 at the 3rd floor Municipal Hall, Masinloc, Zambales.
