Ebdane convened the Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF ELCAC) on February 12, 2020 at Balin Sambali, Iba, Zambales. Gov. Ebdane laid out his plan on how to properly and accurately address communism and insurgency.
