On March 23, 2023, DILG Bulacan convened the Province's Multi-Stakeholders Advisory Committee (MSAC) which was composed of different government offices and agencies, private sector and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).

 On the said activity, ALAGWA Bulacan – DILG Bulacan's official sub-LGRC, including its facilities were presented. LGRC otherwise known as Local Government Resource Center is a mechanism and a process that would promote linkages, synergy and convergence of different programs of DILG and other local governance stakeholders across the province.

At the end of the activity, members of the MSAC recognized the importance of the said program as a tool to effectively communicate and disseminate information to the Bulakenyos.

They also expressed their support by affixing their signature into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA); undertaking to participate in building the culture of learning and knowledge sharing in the province.
