Accomplishments and updates relevant to the implementation of the Manila Bay Clean-Up Rehabilitation Preservation Program (MBCRPP), of various National Government Agencies were highlighted during the 1st quarter Core Group meeting last February 6, 2023. Through this, collaborative efforts were initiated to continuously develop and equip the LGUs' capacity in becoming an environment-protective and a climate change adaptive community.

The Department, in collaboration with the RIAC, also identified the gaps and limitations that were observed throughout the implementation of the MBCRPP. These were all given appropriate interventions by the concerned NGAs to ensure the program's efficiency.
The RIAC is composed of representatives from various National Government Agencies, including DENR, DENR-EMB, DOH, DPWH, PIA, NHA, DHSUD, and BFAR.
