The Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC), Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC), and Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC), all chaired by Governor Aurelio M. Umali successfully conducted its 3rd Quarter Joint Meeting of the Local Special Bodies (LSB) of the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija for 2022 on September 30, 2022 via Zoom Platform.

 The said meeting was attended by the regular members of the councils, including the Provincial Department Heads, National Government Agencies (NGAs), and the accredited Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the province.

The meeting served as a venue to discuss the following agenda of the meeting which includes Peace and Order and Public Safety Situations, Internal Security Operations Update, Drug Clearing Status, Latest Issuance from the DILG in relation to Peace and Order.

DILG Nueva Ecija presented the guidelines on the Development and Formulation of Peace and Order and Public Safety Plan (POPS-Plan) 2023-2025 based on DILG Memorandum Circular 2022-118.
