July 5, 2022 – The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Tarlac's Locally-Funded Team conducted its monitoring and validation for the LGSF-DRRAP and LGSF-FALGU projects for the fiscal year 2021 in the Municipality of Concepcion, Tarlac.

 The said activity was held to fast-track the submission of documentary requirements and completion documents of the municipality. Further, technical assistance was also provided to assist the LGU functionaries in assessing FY 2017-2021 projects listed in the Rapid Subproject Sustainability Assessment (RSSA) and updating forms in the Result Based Monitoring and Evaluation (RBME).

An exit conference was held after the activity, and recommendations were made as part of the action plan to address the issues raised by the findings and observations recorded during the project evaluations.
