DILG Tarlac Provincial Office has conducted its Provincial Team Conference (PTC) cum Mid-Year Assessment and Team Building activity on May 30-31, 2022, at Ridgewood Hotel, Baguio City, to discuss the Department's achievements in the implementation of various programs, performance audits, assessments, and validation for the first semester of the year 2022. Further, numerous activities were conducted such as sharing of experience and personal messages to the outgoing Provincial Director of DILG Tarlac, Director Belina T. Herman, and various individual and team games to build trust and confidence among personnel.

 The said activity was the first face-to-face activity since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. With this, PD Herman expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the team Tarlac for the good working relationship and extended her congratulatory message to everyone for their contributions to the Department's accomplishments. She underscored the importance of being a Matino, Mahusay, at Maaasahang Kawani ng Pamahalaan.

Moreover, highlighted part of the program was the awarding of the best performing City/Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (C/MLGOO) for both Clusters I and II for the first quarter of the year 2022, which are as follows:

Cluster I
1. 1st Place – LGOO VI Jessica J. Esguerra of Anao, Tarlac;
2. 2nd Place – LGOO VI Aimee L. Tavisora of Moncada, Tarlac;
3. 3rd Place – LGOO VI Bryan N. Rivera of Pura, Tarlac;

Cluster II
1. 1st Place – LGOO VI Robert C. Diola of Tarlac City;
2. 2nd Place – LGOO VI Cherry Eve M. Mesina of Victoria, Tarlac; and
3. 3rd Place – LGOO VI Maria Teresa P. Marquez of Bamban, Tarlac.
