TARLAC CITY, TARLAC, On May 11, 2022, DILG Tarlac as the lead agency in the Peace and Order Council (POC) and Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) audit team, convened the Provincial Assessment Team for the table assessment and validation of the POC and ADAC Functionality Audit documents at the Conference Room, DILG Tarlac Provincial Office.


The said performance audits are to ensure the continuous improvement and performance of ADACs and POCs in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of anti-illegal drug and peace and order activities as part of the Province of Tarlac's fight against criminality, illegal drugs, insurgency, and violent extremism.
LGOO VI Jessica J. Esguerra, POC Focal Person, presented the guidelines on the CYs 2019 and 2021 POC Performance Audit. Moreover, she also dispensed the documents submitted by the City and Municipalities for the assessment and validation of POC.
On the other hand, LGOO VI Romer T. Enaje, Program Manager of DILG Tarlac discussed the guidelines on the CY 2021 ADAC and proceeded with the presentation of the result of the functionality audit. The Provincial Assessment Team validated the result and agreed with the submission of the required forms.
The table validation was joined by the DILG Provincial Director, Belina T. Herman, CESO V, Cluster Team Leader LGOO VII Fortunato M. Abraham III; IO Ronamel Reyes, representative of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA); PMaj. Ariel V. Enriquez, representative of the Tarlac Provincial Police Office, Ms. Carla Bermudo, representative of the Provincial Government of Tarlac, and our member from the Civil Society Organizations, Mr. Leonardo Cudo of PCCI.
