As part of the implementation of the Community Based Monitoring System (CBMS) pursuant to R.A. 11315, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Region 3, in partnership with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 3 conducted the CBMS Regional Stakeholders' Forum on September 10, 2021 via Zoom Cloud Meetings Application.

 Said activity served as an avenue to familiarize participants with the provisions of RA 11315 and the appropriations of funds for CBMS program; and to determine the roles and responsibilities of LGUs, NGAs involved and other stakeholders should the LGU implement CBMS.

In his opening remarks, DILG OIC Regional Director Jay E. Timbreza expressed his sincerest appreciation to the participants and highlighted the importance of the system. In attendance were LGU functionaries and representatives from National Government Agencies who were oriented on the relevant information applicable to their current position, designation, or responsibilities in their LGU or organization.
