Angeles City Mayor Carmelo Lazatin, Jr. welcomed DILG Undersecretary for Barangay Affairs, Martin Diño during his interfacing with city local officials on February 14, 2020.

Present during the meeting were PDEA Director IC Calaguas, DILG City Director Martin Porres B. Moral, LGOO V Romer Enaje, Dr. Lenario Santos, Executive Assistant Raffy Angeles, PB Rodelio H. Mamac and PB Luis D. De Luna.
Usec Diño put emphasis on the different programs of the Department like Road Clearing 2.0, which will commence on February 17, 2020. LGUs were given 75 calendar days to clear local roads. He also mentioned the need to strengthen Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC), Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams (BHERTs) and strict compliance to Solid Waste Management.
