The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region III, thru the Project Development and Management Section (PDMS), spearheaded the conduct of the Locally-Funded Projects 4th Quarter Assessment and Calibration of Status Reports on December 15, 2020 via Zoom Cloud Meetings application.

In preparation for the implementation of the Supreme Court Decision in the "Mandanas Case" on FY 2022 Budget Cycle, which will increase the Internal Revenue Allotments (IRA) shares of LGUs, the DILG seeks to assist LGUs in improving their capacity in implementing development projects.

The provincial public order and safety cluster composed of the provincial government, league of municipalities, national government agencies, and civil society organizations convened to discuss relevant peace and order concerns concentrating on countering societal conflicts through promotion of good governance. This was held during the fourth quarter POC meeting on December 3, 2020 at Balin Sambali Training and Conference Center, Iba, Zambales.
DILG Bataan and the local officials of Barangay Tanato of the City of Balanga inked an agreement through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to clean-up and preserve the Tanato River on December 9, 2020.

Brownout and poor internet connectivity did not stop DILG Aurora from passing the ISO Re-Certification Surveillance Audit on December 3, 2020. The hard work and perseverance poured in by personnel in preparing for the audit were rewarded when DILG Aurora passed the re-certification with flying colors.
