Following a stringent round of assessments in the past weeks, Brgy. Malpitic clinched the top spot in the 2022 Regional Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards (LTIA), Component Cities Category, and earned the distinction to represent the region in the national award.

To assist the youth leaders in identifying the appropriate programs and interventions, DILG Angeles City capacitated the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of the city on the formulation of the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan on April 27-29 at the Amco Beach Resort, Baler, Aurora.

A Coordination meeting together with the members of the Provincial IMTF for the upcoming assessment of the functionality of the LCPC of the LGUs in Pampanga was held on April 30, 2022. Present during the meeting were representatives from various agencies who will be part of the monitoring team such as the DILG, PSWDO, PPDO, PHO, and Faith-based organization.

DILG Pampanga led a coordination meeting with representatives of the NCIP Pampanga, Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Pampanga and Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office on May 4, 2022 to discuss matters concerning the representation of the Indigenous Peoples (IP) in qualified LGUs.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region III together with the Regional Validation Team (RVT) has successfully conducted the 2022 Fisheries Compliance Audit (FishCA) Table Assessment and On-Site Inspection to the coastal LGUs within the Manila Bay Watershed Area, which started on April 19, 2022 and will end on April 27, 2022.
