The local government units of Bataan were commended particularly their respective city/municipal Devolution Transition Committees (DTCs) for the commitment and support to their barangays resulting to the prompt completion of Bataan's barangay Devolution Transition Plans (DTPs) during the DILG Bataan's Provincial Team Conference on October 29, 2021 via Zoom.
MLGOOs Evelyn Matias (Limay), Maribel Patawaran (Abucay) and Ma. Jasmin Bartolo (Samal) ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, respectively, were also recognized based on their accurate and timely submission of their barangay DTPs in the DILG portal.
PD Myra Moral-Soriano commended the 12 C/MLGOOs of Bataan as well as other key personnel involved, such as CTL Melissa Nipal, PM Allan Don Malonzo, CDS Chief Johnny Mandocdoc and LGOO II Laverne Gonzales Jr., for assisting the completion of the barangay DTPs and submitted within the prescribed deadline.
Bataan is the first province in Region 3 to complete the barangay DTPs with a 100% uploading rate of completed BDTPs in the DILG repository.
Also presented in the conference are the PPAs of the Department discussed by the focal persons and the innovations of the provincial office that will be implemented in the coming months.
In line with the celebration of the Local Government Month, Quaranteam 5 as part of the B.E.S.T. Performance segment during PTCs, energized the meeting with their Q&As related to the Local Government Code and a role-playing skit describing the co-workers they meet in the office.
