Twenty-Six (26) former supporters of the leftist terrorist group Communist Party of the Philippines New People's Army (NPA), mostly belonging to the Dumagat tribe, voluntarily surrendered to the 91st Infantry “Sinagtala” Battalion (91IB) on April 15, 2020.
