The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Aurora, headed by OIC-PD Ener P. Cambronero, CESE, held its Provincial Team Conference (PTC) via Hybrid Learning on July 06, 2022, at the DILG Aurora Provincial Office and via Zoom Video Teleconferencing Platform.
The team's strategies in implementing the Department's programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) for the First Semester FY 2022 are highlighted during the Team Conference. This is to consistently identify better methods and approach to implement the Department’s programs, projects and activities (PPAs) for the second semester.
The activity served as a venue for the DILG Aurora team to tackle the updates on various PPAs such as the NEO, Full Devolution, ELA-CapDev, DRR-CCA, Road Clearing, among many others. Said programs were discussed by LGOO V Florenz Zaira B. Buenconsejo.
The Calibration of SPMS Ratings and Review on Revised Rating Scale for Fixed Targets & Allocation of Percentage Weight were also facilitated by DILG Aurora Planning Officer, LGOO V Buenconsejo. She provided explanation on the step-by-step process of accomplishing the said forms. The adjectival rating of the actual accomplishments, among other forms, and attachments needed to be prepared and submitted were also discussed. Personnel were also reminded of the deadline of submission. The updates on the SPMS forms complies to the requirements of the SPMS certified procedure per ISO 9001:2015.
The Status of Compliance to Full Disclosure Policy Portal Posting, Status on the Barangay FDP Posting for the 2nd Quarter 2022 were also discussed by FDPP Focal Person ADA VI Bon Paby P. Mingua.
LGOO II Reyner L. Buenconsejo reminded the MLGOOs regarding the lacking submissions on the reportorial requirements. Likewise, he also discussed the Preparatory consultation re: Conduct of Regional Training of Trainers for the Capacity Development Program for Civil Society Organizations in the LSBs.
During the team conference, ADA IV Gerald Philip DC. Esteves discussed the different schedules of reporting (quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly and weekly reports) and calibrated the status of other reports submission under Monitoring and Evaluation Section (MES), Capability Development Section (CDS), Financial and Administrative Section (FAS) for the second quarter 2022. Afterwards, he presented the DILG Aurora Calendar of Activities for July 2022 for the team’s collaborative information.
POC and ADAC Focal Person LGOO V Madam Cassey N. Buenaventura also provided updates on the report submissions and presented status on the DILG peace and order flagship programs under the national POC and Anti-Drug Abuse agenda.
Engineer Rosanna Hernandez and Engineer Clarissa Hess, on the other hand, gave status of report submissions under the Locally Funded Programs.
With its strong commitment to sustain its culture of excellence, OIC PD Cambronero said in his message, that through the team’s progressive teamwork, he is looking forward for the office’s delivery of quality public service through the effective implementation of the Department's programs towards good governance. He also extended his gratitude to the DILG Aurora team and directed the personnel to maintain an open coordination and be available on urgent matters as need arises.
