Engineer Clarissa Hess discussed the guidelines of RSSA, Users Roles and Responsibilities and deadlines of RSSA submission.
Engr Rosanna Hernandez, on the other hand, guided the LGU encoders in navigating the system and provided a real time demonstration.
RSSA is a post-completion monitoring activity as a means to instill in LGUs a greater sense of accountability and ownership of locally-funded projects.
