The DILG Aurora, through the LGRC Tambuli, successfully convened the 2nd Semester 2025 Meeting of the Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Committee (MSAC) on December 11, 2025 at the DILG Aurora Provincial Office in Baler. The convergence gathering brought together representatives from national government agencies, civil society organizations, academe, and private institutions, reaffirming the importance of convergence and shared responsibility in strengthening local governance within the province.
A key highlight of the meeting was the organization of the Provincial MSAC Infrastructure LiLHub, an initiative designed to enhance collaboration among MSAC members in strengthening infrastructure governance. Through this platform, partners were formally presented with the legal background and purpose of the Infrastructure Audit, along with the approved MSAC Resolution on the expansion of the advisory council membership. The LiLHub initiative underscores the shared commitment of institutions to ensure transparent, efficient, and participatory infrastructure planning, monitoring, and implementation.
The meeting also featured progress updates on LGRC Tambuli programs, showcasing accomplishments and innovations that continue to promote transparency, accountability, and empowered communities. New MSAC members were welcomed into the convergence network, bringing fresh perspectives and bolstering the collaborative spirit of the committee.
Participants were likewise introduced to upcoming programs, innovations, and capacity development interventions that will guide the LGRC Tambuli and MSAC partners in the coming year. These interventions aim to address priority governance challenges, promote knowledge sharing, and strengthen institutional performance across local government units.
The meeting fostered meaningful dialogue and renewed commitments, emphasizing the value of collaboration and shared vision. As the province moves toward 2026, the MSAC, now strengthened by its LiLHub Infrastructure platform, continues to champion innovation, convergence, and community-centered governance, ensuring that LGRC Tambuli remains a dynamic and responsive hub for local governance excellence.
