Baler, Aurora – The DILG Aurora Provincial Office recently hosted a Provincial Team Conference (PTC), graced by Region 3 Regional Director Araceli A. San Jose, CESO III, which focused on organizational performance and innovation, with RD San Jose delivering a powerful message of encouragement and challenge.
Key presentations during the conference showcased Aurora’s strengths, including the province’s profile, hits and accomplishments of the team, and significant Sub-LGRC innovations—such as digitalization and localized learning initiatives.
In her Guiding Message, Director San Jose expressed deep admiration for DILG Aurora's consistent push for innovation, noting that their efforts rise above the standard.
“These innovations set us apart from other operating units. [...] I am happy to know that you are walking over and beyond. You are walking extra mile and doing more than what is expected of all of you.”
She strongly encouraged the personnel to keep up this momentum of excellence and maintain a culture of integrity. Director San Jose then issued a direct challenge to the DILG Aurora team:
“Nais ko kayong hamunin at hikayatin na patuloy tayong magsumikap, magpursige, at higit sa lahat, maglingkod nang may mas malalim na puso at mas mataas na pananaw. I believe that we can do more.”
The conference included a productive open forum addressing operational and administrative concerns, reinforcing the commitment to support local implementation.
